Ahhhh now I see it - Clicking on the Page Setup arrow in the Page Layout tab in Word gives you the option to set the paper source within the document rather than at the printer. My first try didn't quite get the result I was after but I'm sure I'll get there now. Many thanks and apologies I didn't follow your answer first time.
