Since I cannot duplicate what you want, you might try Page Layout tab > Breaks > Continuous to break each section and then try formatting each section the way you want to see if this works

Hi, Thanks for the response. I may not have been very clear about what I want to do. I have formatted the document into 3 sections and set the page layouts to show what I want. However to print the document I need to use the print command 3 times and set the printer properties for the section being printed each time (ie print s1; print s2; print s3). Ideally, I'd like to be able to give one print command which would then print each section with the appropriate printer properties. I guess it would need some sort of batch print command or printer script (the exact terms my not be these). Maybe its just not possible. Cheers
