Hi. I was surprised at this (thought I had done it in the past...obviously not).
Can't find out how to do it in Word, or PowerPoint. However, it is easy to do in MS Paint, which just about every computer I have seen has a copy. If you haven't used MS Paint before, it can usually be found in the Programs>Accessories folder. You can set the page size using; 'File>Page Setup' and flip the text using; 'Image>Flip/Rotate' Not sure what the final quality will be like or if it degrades depending on size, but might be worth a try.
