Quick parts disappear when shared

Quick Parts disappear when I save a templated file with or without macros (dotm and dotx) to either docm or docx file. The Quick Parts keep being visible to me but disappear when shared. Other way around has the same result if someone else saves the templated to docx or docm the quick parts are not visible to me.

The quick parts are save to the template file and not to building blocks or normal.

The files are saved and shared via DropBox. But zipping the docm file and saving it to dropbox has the same result. (so i believe Dropbox cannot be the problem)

I am working on windows 7 and the person I share the word documents with is working on windows 10.
