Color a column of a sheet divided into two columns

Hello

Excuse my english. I am french.

I want to do this CV Attachment . I would like to separate a sheet 2 (that's done) then I want to color the part left by a background color .
I am also looking for a way to create graphics that are on the picture number 2 and 3. How to create these graphics ?
Does someone can help me? Thank you.

See 4. Use Tables and Tabs to Arrange Text in Microsoft Word and Tables. What you want is a table, without borders. Cells in a table can be individually shaded to suit you.
