Word 2011 for Mac, placing bibliography after endnotes

Hello.
I know others have had the same issue that I'm having, but I couldn't put my finger on a solution using the forum's search feature. So, I apologize for having to bring up this issue again.

I need to place a bibliography after endnotes, and I can't figure out how to do it.

I've just spent a couple hours trying to figure this issue out using the information found here:

But either I'm not seeing something or it really isn't working.

I sure would appreciate some help.
