I have created a form using legacy form functions (text fields and check boxes) as well as an image upload options using picture content control.



The form is protected but I have added the image upload bits in unprotected sections.

The works fine on in 2007 (windows) but when tested on 2016 (Mac) the picture controls don't appear to work - in fact the little upload image roll-overs don't seem to even appear.

I can't help thinking I am missing the obvious here but can seem to get this working at all.

Any ideas?
