Looks like you changed the viewing layout to "Draft". Using the VIEW tab, at the far left, click on "Print Layout". That should put you back to where you were.

Thanks for your reply, but the setting is already on "Print Layout." As soon as I open a new document, the cursor is on the very top line. I have manually adjusted the top and bottom margins, but it doesn't do anything.
