Assuming your custom document property is named 'MyValue' and is numeric, you could use four DOCPROPERTY fields coded as:
{ DOCPROPERTY MyValue \* cardtext \* upper}
{ DOCPROPERTY MyValue \* cardtext \* caps}
{ DOCPROPERTY MyValue \* cardtext \* lower}
{ DOCPROPERTY MyValue \* cardtext \* lower}
