I don't think I will delete a section break since the margins might be different. I suppose just copying the same header/footer from section 3 to section 2 would be best. How do I do this exactly- do I click "edit footer"? I tried this but when I right-clicked, the copy command was inactive. If I don't click edit footer first, it only selects other elements on the page, not the footer or header.
