I am trying to put a header and footer on my pages.

Pages 1-2 are labeled "section 1".
Pages 3-171 are labeled "section 2".
The header and footer already appear in "section 3", which are 172-181.

I'm a newbie and just trying to figure all of this out. I'm not really even sure why there is a section 2 and 3 as they are pretty much the same and don't need to be broken up. So, is there anyway to just copy the footer & header and put it in section 2 too?
