Thanks again Stefan.

I got to the Alt Shift O part, but the table was not including the heading. How should I add the \f switch to the field? I pressed Alt F9 and edited the field like this:

{ TOC \o "1-3" \h \z \u \f }

But nothing happens. What is the table identifier that is asking for when I add the field to the body?
