Is it possible to include an entry in a TOC without the text being in the body?

Default Is it possible to include an entry in a TOC without the text being in the body?

I want to include a page in the Table of Contents, but that page consists only of an image with no text. Is it possible to include it with a custom heading withtout having to put it in the body of the page?
