I am using a table in a form for Bill to Company/Address and Ship to Company/Address (same table). Is there a way of making the Ship to information the same as the Bill to information but it will allow me to overwrite the Ship to information if it is different than the Bill to information?

Assuming your profile is correct (Office 2003 on Windows XP), you could:
1. employ a userform to input the data, with an option on that form to replicate the billing address; 2. bookmark the billing address and insert a cross-reference to it for the shipping address; or 3. apply a unique Style to the billing address and insert a STYLEREF field to reference it for the shipping address.
