Assuming your profile is correct (Office 2003 on Windows XP), you could:
1. employ a userform to input the data, with an option on that form to replicate the billing address;
2. bookmark the billing address and insert a cross-reference to it for the shipping address; or
3. apply a unique Style to the billing address and insert a STYLEREF field to reference it for the shipping address.
