I have a word document that is a form for people to fill out. if a section isn't filled in , the section is hidden. Each section is a table with 2 rows. A title row and the body. The last table is a "notes section" with 2 bullets that are empty and the entire table is Hidden.
I've tried printing as PDF and saving as PDf but every time the two bullets show up at the end of my document. I found that if I go in and delete these bullets then re-Hide the table before printing as PDF then nothing shows. But why are they showing in the first place if they are hidden??? |

Are nonprinting characters (paragraph marks, spaces, hidden text) showing on the screen when you make the PDF? If so, make sure they don't show, and then make the PDF.

There is a command button on the word doc and I have a macro to hide it when being printed. That button doesn't show on the PDF as long as I print as PDF. |
