Why is Comment Insertion Keyboard Shortcut not Working?
Hi All:
As taught in below website, the keyboard shortcut for inserting a new comment is "ALT+CTRL+M". https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/290938 However, when I select a text for commenting and press this combination of keys, nothing happens. Does anyone have any clues why this might be? Your help would be much appreciated.
