OK. That tells me that the problem is likely a poorly written Add-In. The procedure for fixing these is discussed here: Add-Ins in Microsoft Word

Another more direct method might be to download yet another Add-In, Chris Woodman's Keyboard Organizer. You could use it to find which Add-In has hijacked the shortcut. You would simply load each Add-In and look for the shortcut in the listing.
