I get no Sounds in Word 2010

Default I get no Sounds in Word 2010
I've download the sounds at Microsoft.com but my laptop does not recognize or play and sounds when working in Word 2010. Anyone know why?

Maybe the particular file you downloaded isn't working for some reason. Have you tried another one?

Do the default sounds in Windows work for you in Office/Word?
