Question still not working

This is the default printer and when I press Ctrl + P and then Enter, it starts to print the document, last page first and prints half a page (header and body text) and then throws the page out half way through a line of text. Doesn't print any more of the 20 page document.

Can't find anything in the print manager to say that it's got the remaining 19 pages to print.

I'm pretty conversant with Word but this has got me...
