Can't paste text into HTML with exact spacing

It is at the bottom of the dialog you are typing in on this forum. This is possibly the same way you attached the screen shot.

I'm not sure how to do that, it won't let me choose .HTML as a saving file.

File > Save As
Pick a folder to save in.
Change the File Type.
