Hello...
I want to fill all pages in my Word document (using Word 2010) in a one plain grey colour. It is okay when I choose Page Colour in Word tab, but when Im saving file as PDF, the background when viewing is not on the whole page. You can see the overall effect in attachment. Please help, thanks, JFD |

This is a reflection of the ability of the current printer driver. Few printers can print to the edge of the page and the active printer driver determines the limits of the printable area. (PDF is essentially a print emulation).
If you want the PDF to have the colour to the edge of the page, you need to set the active printer driver to one that can print to the edge of the page. One such example would be Primo PDF, and if you are going to use that, you might as well also use it to create the PDF.
