![]() I tried that but it did not work. I wonder if I have to create a template and not a doc file to have it work properly (I have the form protected but that should not affect anything). The formulas only worked if data was already there when I created the formulas not if I enter the data on the fly. |

That's hardly a problem description anyone can work with. Field calculations in Word work well; indeed, I've written tutorials and contributed to books on the subject.
