How many batches do you need to print?

paltser 12-01-2015 02:24 AM

Lots.

I have more then 100 different manuals. And some manuals i need 50 some 200 some 15.

It is my everyday job to print those... until this time i left that number blank and wrote manualy whit pen..:)

Not unless you want to type the number onto every copy before you print it...

This actually seems to be a duplicate of sorts of https://www.msofficeforums.com/excel...ery-print.html where you posted a macro!

For a possible solution outside Word … I have had to do this, a very long time ago, for order pads.

The only solution in Word is with macros, but the heavy lifting has all been done. You can use Graham Mayor's Add-In.
