First of all thanks for your reply, actually i am a freelancer, two boys works for me from remote place, actually they have to type the text i provide which may be on any jpg image files, and actually what they will have to do is to type that text into the ms-word 2003 document with the specifications given by me, but i have a doubt that if they use any conversion software without typing it manually, they only send finally text filled doc files through mails. So i will have to detect from the files they would send.

Could you please tell me the process for checking these word files, where can i check these formats and how can i detect that text has not been typed manually or used any editors like notepad or s/w. Could you please provide the difference between manually typed text and pasted text, how can i check this difference.
