If the result is correct, why do you have to care about how they input the text? They either input the text in Word directly, or input into Notepad and then copy to Word, I can't see the difference. For me, I would input it directly, what's the advantage to input into Notepad first? In other words, what's the harm if they input into Notepad and use copy/paste?
