Both boxes were checked. I ran Windows Anytime and even went to download Service Pack 3 for Word 2007 but it detected it as already installed. Updates were installed today for Security for Office 2007. After restarting, I checked the file again and the issue persists. What shall I try now?
Thank you. I have to uncheck the show picture placeholders' option checked? BRB with status.
