I read through the link but it does not solve the problem that brought me to this site.
I would like to build a document similar to the OP. I currently have a doc I use for building inspections. It is roughly 5 pages long with numerous check boxes for each discrepancy a structure may have. I would like to be able to check a box if it applies and have that same information populate onto a separate location at the end of the document so I can print one sheet vs. 5 sheets. Is this possible without a long macro? I can do something similar is Access or Excel but am really trying to avoid using those applications. Thanks all. |
