Here is one way.



It will require manual editing.

I placed a bookmark at the beginning of each of your appendices. Those are not numbered.

I added hyperlinks (without hyperlink formatting) to your text referring to the bookmarks in the appendices.

You would still need to edit the text in the hyperlinks if you rename or reorder your appendices.

I don't know that it is of any help. If you just need the title without the hyperlink, it certainly is not. Word can do a lot, but not everything one might want.
