First, realize that Word is a Word processing program, not a drawing program. A drawing program will do anything like this better.
Second, am I right that you want a diagram with the same elements as page 1 but fancier? Page 1 is ordinary drawing objects. BTW, I looked at your document in Word 2010. I believe the controls are the same in Word 2013 and 2016.
