"Print Current Page" not working in Word
I have a multi-section document (specifications) that I have worked in for several years. It is a document that goes through many revisions until the final is achieved. In the past I have made the necessary revisions and been able to print out the page or pages that have been changed. I now find that the print option to "Print Current Page" does not work. In order to print the one page it seems that it's necessary to print the entire document. The only way for me to print the page with revisions is to convert the document to a .pdf and then print out the revised single page.
To fix this problem we have changed out the printer I use and now my IT guy is preparing to change out the computer tower. Could the problem be a simple setting? Does anyone have other "fixes" I could try? I have also attempted to re-type the document to see if the original is corrupted, but the same thing happens. I'll appreciate whatever suggestions can be made. Thanks! |

I doubt that changing the PC will help. A simple macro might
Code:
Sub PrintPage() Application.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintCurrentPage lbl_Exit: Exit Sub End Sub
