Default "help not working"

For no reason that I can think of, Help is suddenly not working for Word. It still does for Excel. The error message in Word points me at Office.com, which offers me Office Online, which I am not interested in. Any help? Thanks.

Word 2013 does not have very good help anyway. You could try running a repair on your installation.
