This doesn't solve the issue with the sub TOC
Like I have this:

Section 2
Index of Attachments

Attachment A
Attachment B
..............

Some of these attachments have TOC's

So when I let the TOC of the index of attachment update I'm getting all attachment headings as well.
When I'm updating the TOC of the attachment it adds the index of TOC's to it.
I'm trying to solve this without having to change each heading of the attachments.
