Hi there,
I am sometimes copying lots of text from other documents on my computer. To paste I need to do a special paste and select "no formatting" or something like this. It is possible to create a shortcut or button for this? Then I don't need to go to paste special and choose "plain text" from the list. Regards, Deon |

I use a macro with a keyboard shortcut (Alt+Shift+v) to do this all the time. The macro I use is available form Allen Wyatt's wonderful WordTips site, at the address provided below. I recommend signing up for his newsletter and looking over the various Word reference guides he sells for very little.
