Alway paste without any formatting

Hi there,

I am sometimes copying lots of text from other documents on my computer. To paste I need to do a special paste and select "no formatting" or something like this.

It is possible to create a shortcut or button for this? Then I don't need to go to paste special and choose "plain text" from the list.
