how to get a startpage like at word 2010 (text frame at margins)

I thank gmayor for his device, but it doesn´t hit the question.
In former word-versions I got the borders of a whole page. Beginning left above I filled the page. What you see is what you get.
Now in Word 2013 I get only a flat rectangular box, writing I add a new box (line) and so on.

It´s not a existential problem, but I´m used to the old form.

Are you using Word's 'Print Layout' view? The Web & Draft views perform along the lines you're describing.
