I have been frustrated with the issue of the first line of the document is indented. I've tried a lot of things.

• As you can see, I'm showing the coding, no indents used.
• I've tried CTL space, CTL Q, CTL Shift N to no avail.
• I've check the paragraph function, no problems there.
• It does it without the insert of names to the left. That is a text insert.
• The line for the names is a border of the insert
• I've tried format painter.
• I can't for the life of me figure this out.

Sorry, but it is unlikely anyone will be able to help from the screenshot.
The line to the left may be a line or it could be a textbox border. In any case, it is a graphic. It is moving your text over. This graphic should be in the first-page header rather than on the page for things to work smoothly.
