Windows 10 Microsoft Word 2008 on MAC OS, Shrink to fit(text in cell, not page) Help!

I looked in the table properties under the Cell Tab, and it only shows "Wrap Text" button, there is no button under it where the "Fit Text" should be. Does the Word 2008 version for Mac not have this included because it is so old?
