Well I solved part of it. I manually typed some of the paragraphs where I was getting problems and when I saved as PDF they came out perfectly. Some of the text I use to create Word documents is pretty rough, usually PDFs with not very good OCR so this is the problem with the text it would seem.

Acrobat completely fixes all the text errors, now I wish I could figure out why it's not printing graphics correctly.
