I found a trial version of Acrobat 9 and got it installed. At first it worked like 11, leaving out graphics. Then I remade the document by copying and pasting and now Acrobat's working perfectly even with all my unusual formatting. I'm not sure how or why, I'm just glad it seems to be working.

Default Solved!

It was the PDF Printer all along! When I was creating a new document I kept getting a warning every time I changed a page length, "some of the margins are outside the printable area." So after a little trial and error I figured out I could just delete the printer form Printer and Faxes and just like that, problem solved. I still have the PDF Creator drivers so I can convert to PDF. Everything's working beautifully.

Dang, I started celebrating too soon. Now it's back to leaving spaces in the PDF text. I'm doing something really wrong. I'll just have to play with this thing awhile and try to figure it out.
