See attached. I defined new captions (Tab & Eqn), added a Tab Caption, then an Eqn Caption. I then dragged these Caption into their cells and inserted a cross-reference to the Tab Caption before the Eqn Caption. Finally, I inserted a cross-reference to the Eqn Caption to the paragraph above the table.
