I have an employee who isn't good with computers. When he opens a word document and saves, he saves it under the same folder the document came from instead of his own folder. So, how do I make it where he can save under a specific folder path every time no matter what file he opens. This way he opens a file, clicks save, and then the folder path opens where he can rename it and it's already on the specific folder path we want it to be. If there is no solution for this, how do you make a folder read-only, where you can't save anything in that folder but you can still open documents?
