Ctrl+Shift+F9 not working to remove hyperlinks

Hi

I'm trying to remove all hyperlinks in a document but pressing on the shortcut keys for this, Ctrl+Shift+F9 has the same effect as pressing on F9 - it switches off the screen back-light. Any ideas? (FYI I've just bought my computer and switched from pre-installed Windows 8.1 to 10.)
