I would create a userform (or forms) that provide the interaction between the user the data and the document and complete the document based on selections. To see what I mean, see the illustrations in my web site at http://www.gmayor.com/Invoicer.htm. This of course is for invoicing, but a quote is little different from an invoice so the principles could apply.

To get you started, see http://www.gmayor.com/Userform.htm then for greater depth see http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/..._userForm.html and http://gregmaxey.com/word_tip_pages/...pass_data.html
