Default How Do I Add a Shortcut?

I want to put a shortcut to PRINT on the Home taskbar - any suggestions as to how I can do this? Must be fairly simple!

Thank you.

You can do that via the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) at the upper-left (top) of your Word screen. Select the "More Commands" from the QAT drop-down menu then, scroll through the commands to find "Print Preview and Print" icon and add it to your QAT.

Hope this helps...

It worked and I thank you - perhaps you can answer another question. I just got a 27" monitor and my documents are showing on the left of my screen. I know how to center them temporarily but is there any way to do this permanently??
