Hi everyone, Following question, I have a standard letter with a few fill-in forms (and I use the .dotx extension so I am asked to fill them in whenever I open the letter). My question is this: I have a number of fill-in fields that get the same answer. Am I able to somehow link certain fields together. For example, if I fill in a name in one fill-in field, I still have to fill it in in the next fill-in field as well. I was wondering if it were possible to link these fill-in fields together, to ensure that I could work more effectively. Meaning that I fill in a field ONE time, and all instances of THAT field will use that particular fill-in. Thank you very much for helping me, I do appreciate it. |
