Default Copying and pasting from Amazon sales to MS Word the text is garbled.

I sell books on Amazon Books.

Once a book is sold, I am notified by Amazon and given the buyers address. I then 'copy' that address from the Amazon web site and paste to a 'Word' document (an order showing that address) which I then send to my printer who dispatches for me. The pasted text is garbled and does not make sense. This has only happened since installing Windows 10.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
