heading numbers driving me nuts

Here is the fixed document.

Steps:

1. Keep the cursor on the first level
2. Modify the Heading 1 style to to numbering >> outline numbering >> customize
3. click the <more tab>
4. Keep the cursor on the Level no. 4
5. Go to Link level to style and change to "Heading 4"

Then click okay, you will get it. (attached for ur review)
