Lost word document now opened in unknown
I lost a word document when system crashed , i recovered it but opens in unknown format, i tried to upload file would not accept

Your attachment appears to contain some document metadata but no actual content. Consequently, there is nothing recoverable. You will need to restore the file from a known good backup.

Word Template is not recognised when opened by double click. Creates new document.
