You could simply change the font sizes for the relevant Styles, or you could apply different Styles. The Bibliography heading, for example, is usually formatted with the Heading 1 Style. You could change that Style's format or you could apply a different Style after inserting the Bibliography. The other entries are formatted with the 'Bibliography' Style and you could change its attributes to something else. If the changes to the Style formatting are saved to the document's template, they'll automatically occur for any new documents you create from that template.
